Divine Domain
The Harvest Domain draws from the cycle beginning with creation, reaching abundance, and ending in culling before repeating endlessly. Deities of farming and crops can focus on one of the harvest's aspects, but most draw from each phase of the cycle. Clerics of this domain are drawn to the cyclical nature of existence, and they often take on roles as shepherds of different cycles.
Whenever you finish a short rest, you may choose an aspect of the harvest cycle: sowing, growing, or reaping. You gain access to the following spells at the specified levels. You always have them prepared, and they do not count against the number of spells you can prepare:
| Cleric level | Sowing | Growing | Reaping |
|---|---|---|---|
| 3rd | druidcraft, goodberry | guidance, entangle | chill touch, inflict wounds |
| 5th | lesser restoration | summer winds | hold person |
| 9th | harvest moonglow | plant growth | culling sickle |
| 13th | death ward | sanctum of the shepherd | consuming pyre |
| 17th | awaken | @mass cure wounds | field of reaping |
You gain a herbalism kit, and proficiency with the herbalism kit. You also gain proficiency in either the Nature (WIS) or Survival (WIS) skill, your choice.
Whenever you start a short rest, you may magically create a cornucopia filled with enough food for a number of creatures equal to 2 * proficiency. Whenever creatures that eat the food finish a short rest, you may distribute a number of d4s equal to your cleric level among creatures who ate the food. Each creature may immediately roll the dice they're alloted, and regain hitpoints equal to the total. The cornucopia, and any uneaten food, vanish when the short rest ends. You may use this feature once per long rest.
You magically invoke the spirit of the harvest. As an action, you present your holy symbol, and up to 6 creatures of your choice within 60ft. of you gain inspiration. A creature may benefit from this feature once per long rest. You grant all targets one of the following additional benefits. If your current harvest aspect is a different one, it changes to match your choice:
Sowing. The creature gains a number of temporary hitpoints equal to your proficiency + WIS.
Growing. Until the end of your next turn, whenever the creature makes an attack roll or ability check, it may add 1d4 to the total.
Reaping. A target deals extra necrotic damage equal to your proficiency the first time it damages a creature before the end of your next turn.
You may draw upon the powers of the harvest cycle to potentially avert disaster. Whenever a creature you can see within 30ft. of you fails a saving throw of a particular type determined by your current aspect, you may use your reaction to allow it to reroll the d20, and use the new roll. Additionally, after the saving throw succeeds or fails, roll a number of d4s equal to your proficiency. The target regains hitpoints equal to the total number rolled. You may use this feature a number of times equal to your WIS (minimum of 1) per long rest. The saving throws you can affect are as follows:
Sowing. DEX / CHA
Growing. CON / INT
Reaping. STR / WIS
You may add your WIS to the damage you deal with any cleric cantrip.
Whenever you use your bountiful harvest channel divinity feature, you may invoke the endless cycle of life, death, and rebirth to grant yourself and the creatures affected by your channel divinity feature an additional benefit based on your current aspect. You may use this feature once per long rest. You may use a spell slot of 7th level or higher to use this feature without expending a use.
Sowing. A creature gains the effect of the @regenerate spell for 1 minute, or until you lose concentration.
Growing. A creature gains advantage on saving throws and ability checks for 1 hour, or until you lose concentration.
Reaping. A creature gains resistance to necrotic, psychic, and poison damage for 1 hour.
